This handmade Southern Belle Parasol Ladies quilt is a true rare fine--a single, one-of-a-kind piece measuring approximately 59"x80" (twin size), not a reproduction and not remade once it's gone.

Nine parasol ladies, each in a different brocade fabric dress with coordinating cotton trim, are hand-cut and machine appliqued onto crisp white blocks--a classic Sunbonnet Sue design with a rich, textured twist. Each block is finished with a rounder corner in a coordinating blue batik fabric flecked with gold.
